Rae Bonney

Workplace Mental Health, Safety & Wellbeing Specialist,

Rae brings over a decade of experience in developing and delivering workplace mental health and wellbeing programs, focusing on mostly male, high-risk industries and specialising in crisis and suicide response.

A qualified counsellor trained in Rogerian theory, she emphasizes authenticity, empathy, and respect to create safe spaces that support better lives for everyone, everywhere.

Rae is the first female board member and Vice President of the Australian Men’s Health Forum and serves as a trustee of Global Action on Men’s Health, advocating for male friendly health approaches across all countries.

She also hosts the Australian radio show “What Does It Feel Like, Being You Today” on 94.1FM 3WBC, where she explores this question with guests from around the world.
